It is our constant endeavour to make your stay safe, comfortable, and memorable. These policies are designed to ensure smooth operations and the well-being of all the guests. We request your kind cooperation.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: 12:00 Noon / Check-Out: 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability of the room and charges are applicable for the same.
- A valid Government issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar , Driving Licence, or Voter Id) is mandatory for all guests, including accompanying members.
2. Reservation & Payment
- All reservation must be guaranteed with advance payment.
- Cancellation / Modification will follow the terms mention in the booking confirmation.
- No shows will be charge as per the confirmed booking policy.
3. Visitors
- Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 11:00 PM
- All visitors must be declared at the front desk and may be required to present identification.
- The hotel reserves the right to deny visitor entry at its discretion under the law of “RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED”
4. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor public areas, including restaurants, banquet halls and elevators.
- Smoking rooms are available on request 201/205/212/501/505/510
- A cleaning fee will be charge if smoking detected in a non-smoking room.
5. Alcohol & Prohibited substances.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted in guest rooms and designated areas only.
- Possession or use of illegal drugs/ banned substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and reporting to police authorities.
6. Conduct & Noise.
- We request all guest to maintain a peaceful environment, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Any disorderly conduct, harassment of staff/guests, or wilful damage to property will result in removal without refund.
7. Safety & Security
- Please use the in-room safe for valuables; the hotel management will not be responsible for loss or theft of unattended belongings.
- For your security, CCTV cameras operate in common areas , corridors and elevators.
- Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
8. Damage to Property
- Guests are financially liable for any loss or damaged caused to hotel property by themselves, their visitors, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
- Missing or damaged items will be changed at replacement cost.
9. Parking
- Valet Parking is available for registered guests.
- The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked in its premises.
10. Food & Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are discouraged to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
- In-room dinning is available 24 hours; menu is available in your room.
- Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
11. Housekeeping & linen
- Rooms are serviced daily.
- Towels and linens will be charged as per our eco-friendly schedule or upon request.
However, we request the guest to contribute towards environment protection by reusing the room linen
- Kindly avoid using hotel linen for purposes other than intended. If misused than applicable charges will be levied.
12. Banquets and Events
- All event bookings will follow separate contractual terms and conditions.
- Outside catering is not permitted without prior written approval.
13. Emergency
- In case of emergency, dial ‘9’ from your room phone for the front desk.
- Evacuation procedures are displayed on the back of your room door and corridors.
